Adrian Chalkley M.A.
Adrian has worked in executive search for 25 years. Prior to co-founding Kern Consulting he co-founded Augmentum Consulting in 2002 which was successfully sold to CTPartners in 2013. At CTPartners, Adrian led the Consumer Financial
Services Practice in Europe, alongside working for a number of leading technology and Fintech Brands. Adrian has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History and a Master's Degree in Business Communications.

Tracey Dean Ph.D.
Tracey has a wide variety of experience gained from roles in academia, public sector bodies such as the Food Standards Agency and leading global consumer brands such as Coca Cola. A co-founder of Kern Consulting, Tracey heads Research and Operations for the business.
Tracey has a doctorate gained from King's College, London.
